1) Applicability & Definitions

These terms apply to every offer from Honey Blush and every distance contract concluded via wearblushhoney.com.

We may update these policies. The latest version is always on this page.

Definitions
  • Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a trade or profession.
  • Right of withdrawal: your EU right to cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving reasons.
  • Durable medium: a tool (e.g., email) that allows information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.
  • Business day: Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

2) Orders, Prices & Payments

Key terms regarding currencies, payment methods, order limits and presentation.

Currencies

We display prices in EUR / USD / GBP (VAT included where legally required). Outside your region, import duties/VAT may be collected by the carrier (see §3).

Payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay (availability varies by country).

Order limits

We may refuse/limit orders (e.g., suspected fraud or resale).

Changes/cancellations

Due to fast processing, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. You can use your withdrawal/return rights after delivery (see §4–§5).

Product display

Colours/fit can vary by screen; we aim for accurate imagery but minor variances can occur.

Shipments outside your region may incur import duties/VAT collected by the carrier; these are payable by the customer.

Sent via email once your order ships.

4) Right of Withdrawal (14 days) & Commercial Return Right (30 days)

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

EU legal withdrawal (14 days)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from delivery without giving reasons. Notify us by email at support@wearblushhoney.com.

Honey Blush return window (30 days)

We additionally offer a total return period of 30 days from delivery, subject to §5 conditions.

5) Returns Procedure, Refunds & Exceptions

How to return items and when refunds are processed.

Conditions
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags & hygiene seals attached, in original (reasonably intact) packaging.
  • Non-returnable (hygiene): underwear, socks, water bottles, and Final Sale items (unless faulty or misdescribed).
  • Exchanges: currently not offered.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer. Use a tracked service; you are responsible until we receive the parcel.
How to start a return
  1. Email support@wearblushhoney.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and item(s).
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. The return address is shared only after your return is registered.
  3. Ship the parcel within the stated timeframe and keep your proof of postage/tracking.
Inspection & refund timing
  • Once received, we aim to process your return within 14 days.
  • We may refuse returns that don’t meet the conditions (e.g., signs of wear/wash, odour, stains, missing tags, damage).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund method: store credit or (where technically feasible) a payment method of your choice. Your legal right to a refund to the original method is not affected for valid withdrawals.
  • Under EU law, refunds are due within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may wait until we have received the goods or proof of return.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

6) Faulty/Wrong Item & Lost/Damaged Shipments

How to report issues with items or delivery.

Faulty or wrong item

Email us within 30 days of delivery at support@wearblushhoney.com with: (1) order number, (2) item name/description, (3) clear photos showing the fault, the Honey Blush label/logo, and the entire item. Do not return faulty items until instructed. We’ll repair/replace or otherwise resolve in line with consumer law.

Lost/damaged in transit

Notify us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan (or expected delivery). We may request a denial-of-receipt/statement and your assistance with the local carrier so we can open an investigation.

7) Privacy Notice (GDPR summary)

What we collect

Name, email, shipping/billing address, order details, payment method tokens (no full card numbers), IP/device & usage data (via cookies/pixels), and your marketing preferences.

Why we use it (legal bases)

To process orders and provide support (contract), prevent fraud and secure our services (legitimate interest/legal duty), improve our site (legitimate interest), and—with consent—to send marketing and personalise ads.

International transfers may occur; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

Security & retention

We apply appropriate technical/organisational measures (e.g., TLS/HTTPS, access controls); no system is 100% secure. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. How to exercise: support@wearblushhoney.com (we aim to respond within 30 days).

8) Cookie Notice

We use cookies for essential functions (e.g., checkout), analytics (Google Analytics), and—with consent—marketing/ads (Meta, TikTok, Google). Manage your preferences anytime via our cookie banner or your browser settings. Some features may not function without essential cookies.

9) Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content (images, text, logos, designs) on our site is owned by Honey Blush or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially use our content without prior written permission. Do not use the site unlawfully or in ways that harm, disrupt, or overload our services.

10) Liability & Force Majeure

Limits of liability and events beyond our control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits). Our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Force majeure

Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, natural events, government action) may delay performance; we’ll inform you as soon as possible.

11) Complaints, Disputes & Governing Law

Governing law

The Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections of your EU country of residence still apply.
