Returns & Exchanges

This page summarises how returns work at The Blush Honey and reflects our Policies. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days) & Commercial Return Right (30 days)

EU customers may cancel their purchase within 14 days from delivery without giving reasons (Right of Withdrawal). In addition, we offer a 30-day commercial return window from delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags & hygiene seals attached, and in original (reasonably intact) packaging.
  • Return request within 30 days of delivery (or 14 days for a legal withdrawal).
  • Non-returnable (hygiene): underwear, socks, water bottles, and items marked Final Sale (unless faulty or misdescribed).
Exchanges: we currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the replacement.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@wearblushhoney.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and item(s).
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address (shared after registration).
  3. Ship the parcel using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage/tracking. You are responsible for the parcel until we receive it.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Inspection, Refund Method & Timing

  • Once received, we aim to process your return within 14 days. We may refuse returns not meeting the conditions (e.g., wear/wash signs, odour, stains, missing tags, damage).
  • Refund method: store credit or, where technically feasible, a payment method of your choice.
  • For valid withdrawals, your legal right to a refund to the original payment method is not affected.
  • Under EU law, refunds are due within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may wait until we have received the goods or proof of return.
Faulty or Wrong Item Required

If you received a faulty or wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery at support@wearblushhoney.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item name/description
  • Clear photos showing the fault, the Honey Blush label/logo, and the entire item

Do not return faulty items until instructed. We’ll repair/replace or otherwise resolve in line with consumer law.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please notify us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan (or expected delivery). We may request a denial-of-receipt/statement and your assistance with the local carrier to open an investigation.

Shipping & Duties Reminder

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply above the configured threshold. Shipments outside your region may incur import duties/VAT collected by the carrier; these are payable by the customer. Tracking is sent via email once your order ships.
