Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 hours (business days) on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Dutch public holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders $100+ (or equivalent) after discounts.
Duties & Taxes
Shipments outside your region may incur import duties and/or VAT collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
We’ll email tracking details once your order leaves our facility. If you haven’t received tracking after the processing window, contact us at support@wearblushhoney.com.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Because we process quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If needed, contact us immediately at support@wearblushhoney.com. If we can’t intercept the parcel, you can use your withdrawal/return rights after delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, or arrived damaged, notify us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan (or expected delivery). We may request a denial-of-receipt/statement and your assistance with the local carrier to open an investigation.
